Q: Do I need to be a member to use the meeting rooms? A: No, membership is not required. You can purchase hourly access to our meeting rooms, and we'll send you all the necessary access information.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve a meeting room? A: While same-day reservations are often possible, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability.
Q: How do I pay for meeting room use? A: Payments can be made through our website at Davis Coworking.
USAGE AND AMENITIES FAQS
Q: Are there monitors I can use? A: Yes, we offer secondary screens on a first-come-first-served basis, with 6 monitors at our International House location and 16 at Olive Drive.
Q: Can I take phone calls at my desk? A: Yes, but please use a quiet voice and consider stepping into a meeting room for longer calls. Headphones are recommended in general areas.
Q: Is the space usually busy? A: Our space accommodates work comfortably. While midday on weekdays can be active, you'll always find a spot. Evenings and weekends are quieter.

ACCESS FAQS
Q: How can I access the coworking space? A: Access information is sent via email upon purchase of any access pass or membership, allowing 24/7 entry.
Davis Coworking @ Olive: Located at 720 Olive Drive, Suite D1, Davis, CA 95616. The key lockbox is to the right of the entrance.
Davis Coworking @ I-House: Located at 10 College Park, Davis, CA 95616. The key lockbox is at the bottom of the exterior stairwell to the left of the entrance door.
PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION FAQS
Q: How do subscriptions work? A: Memberships renew automatically each month. Cancellations can be made through our website.
Q: How long are passes valid? A: Day or hour passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Q: How do I cancel my membership? A: Memberships can be canceled by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us directly via email at info@davis-coworking.com.
